Setting Targets (Workout/Daily Activity)
You can set monthly or weekly targets for each workout as well as activity amounts.
Workout
- 1.On the dashboard screen, click a workout card you would like to set a target for to display the workout list.
- 2.Click onin the upper right and select “Set Target.”
- 3.Enter your weekly or monthly target values and click “OK.”
Daily Activity
- 1.Click on the Daily Activity card on the dashboard screen to display Daily Activity data.
- 2.Click onin the upper right and select “Set Target.”
- 3.Enter your daily target for calories consumed and click “OK.”
(Targets for number of steps are inaccessible from the application and can only be set on the watch)
