Workout List

Clicking on a workout card from the dashboard will display a workout list. (→Dashboard)

Access the Dashboard

  1. ① Total Distance (monthly, weekly)
    The total distance for the month and/or week for the date at the top of the list is displayed.
    The time period will change automatically as you scroll through the list.
    Track your progress toward targets by setting targets.

  2. ② Latest Workout
    Click to display your workout details.
  3. ③ All Past Workouts
    Display workout details by clicking on any workout.

Workout Details

Access the Dashboard

  1. ① Lap Information
    Information such as your average pace and heart rate on each lap is shown.
    Click on [<] in the upper right to hide.
  2. ② Map
    The map displays your path as measured by GPS and the lap checkpoints.
  3. ③ Detailed Data
    Moving your mouse cursor over the graph to the right will show the data points for the given moment. Removing the cursor from the graph will display averages and/or totals for the entire workout.
  4. ④ Graph
    Selecting the data boxes to the left enables you to change the field on the vertical axis.
  5. ⑤ VO2 max
    Displays your estimated VO2 max based on your heart rate during the workout.
    Also displays race time estimates based on the estimated VO2 max.
    * Only displayed when measured on watches with a feature to estimate VO2 max.

  6. ⑥ Heart Rate Zones
    Displays time spent in different heart rate zones.
  7. ⑦ Notes
    Allows you to freely fill in comments.
