Setting Targets
You can set monthly or weekly targets for each workout type as well as daily activity.
Track progress towards targets on the dashboard screen, the detail view or the history view.
Workout Targets
- 1.Tap the "History" button on the workout card to display the workout list.
- 2.Tap in the upper right and select "Edit Target."
- 3.Enter your weekly or monthly target values and tap "Done."
Daily Activity Targets
- 1.Tap the Daily Activity card on the dashboard screen to expand the daily activity card.
- 2.Tap the ‘Details’ button to access the detail view.
- 3.Tap at the upper right and select "Edit Target."

4.Enter your daily target for calories burned and click "Done."
Please set your step target in the watch.
