Setting targets for Daily activity
- 1.Click the “Target Setting” icon at the top of the screen (header).
- 2.Click “Activity Target”.
- 3.Set each value.
- 1)Enter your “Current Weight” and “Current Body Fat”.
- 2)Enter your “Target Weight” and “Target Body Fat”.
- 3)Select the “Period” in which you want to achieve your targets.
- 4)Change the values for your “Daily Exercise Plan” as necessary.
A “Daily Exercise Plan” is created that matches your targets. - 5)Change the values for your “Daily Exercise Plan” as necessary./li>
- 6)Tap “Save”.
You can check your progress towards your targets on the Trends screen.
Checking Trends
You can check your progress towards your daily exercise plan on the Daily Activity screen.
Viewing Daily Activity Data
When the Dashboard is displayed, if you reach the daily targets for Steps, Exercise Time above Zone 2, and Calories Burnt, the target achievement screen is displayed once a day.
