Viewing your Workout Data

【Workout excluding swimming and triathlon】

  1. ① Lap Information
    Information such as your average pace and heart rate on each lap is shown.
    Click on [<] in the upper right to hide.
  2. ② Map
    The map displays your path as measured by GPS and the lap checkpoints.
  3. ③ Detailed Data
    Moving your mouse cursor over the graph to the right will show the data points for the given moment. Removing the cursor from the graph will display averages and/or totals for the entire workout.
  4. ④ Graph
    Selecting the data boxes to the left enables you to change the field on the vertical axis.
  5. ⑤ VO2max
    Displays your estimated VO2max based on your heart rate during the workout.
    Also displays race time estimates based on the estimated VO2max.
    * Only displayed when measured on watches with a feature to estimate VO2max.

    Displays time spent in different heart rate zones.

【Pool Swim】

  1. ① Lap Information
    Information such as your average pace and heart rate on each lap is shown.
  2. ② Detailed Data
    Moving your mouse cursor over the graph to the right will show the data points for the given moment. Removing the cursor from the graph will display averages and/or totals for the entire workout.
    *1 Number of strokes: When swimming front crawl and backstroke, it displays the number of strokes performed by the arm wearing the watch.
    *2 Swimming style: Determined by the movement of your arm while swimming. If you swim using different styles, it displays the style that you spent the most time doing.
    *3 SWOLF: An index calculated by adding your swimming time and number of strokes. (The lower the values, the more efficient the swimming.)
