Goals
Create workout goals by entering the mileage and time period of your goal. Manage your progress in the Goals card.
Create new Goals
You can save up to 20 goals. If you want to add a new goal when you already have 20 saved, please delete or edit existing goals.
- 1.On the dashboard, click on the “Goals” card.
(If the “Goals” card is not displayed, add it to your dashboard.)
Adding/Deleting Dashboard Cards
- 2.Click on in the upper right corner. Then, click on “Add New Goal” from the menu.
- 3.Fill in the title, workout type, target distance, start date, and end date. Then, click on “Save.”
Edit Goals
- 1.On the dashboard, click on the “Goals” card.
(If the “Goals” card is not displayed, add it to your dashboard.)
Adding/Deleting Dashboard Cards
- 2.Click on the goal to edit.
- 3.Edit the field(s) you want to update and click on “Save.”

The goal with the closest end date will be displayed.(*1)
Tap the “History” button on the “Goals” card to display all your goals.
Delete Goals
- 1.On the dashboard, click on the “Goals” card.
(If the “Goals” card is not displayed, add it to your dashboard.)
Adding/Deleting Dashboard Cards
- 2.Click on at the upper right corner. Then, click on “Delete Goals” from the menu.
- 3.Check the box next to all of the goals you want to delete and click on “Delete”.
