Adding Workouts Manually

You can register workouts not recorded on your watch.

  1. 1.Click on a workout card from the dashboard to display a workout list.
  2. 2.Click oneditin the upper right and select “Add Workout.”

  1. 3.Fill in the fields such as “Workout Name,” “Type,” “Date,” “Time,” and “Distance,” then click “OK.”
