Navigate the interactive workout detail page by scrolling and tapping various sections for custom views and further information on your workout.
For example tap on the data boxes to customize the graph view.

  • *1 Number of strokes: When swimming front crawl and backstroke, it displays the number of strokes performed by the arm wearing the watch.
  • *2 Swimming style: Determined by the movement of your arm while swimming. If you swim using different styles, it displays the style that you spent the most time doing.
  • *3 SWOLF: An index calculated by adding your swimming time and number of strokes. (The lower the values, the more efficient the swimming.)
