Search for workout data on the dashboard
- 1.Tap “Dashboard” at the bottom of the screen.
Add/delete dashboard card
- 2.Tap the card for the event you wish to see to open it.
- 3.Press “History” to display your workout list. (go to step 4)
Press “Details” to display your most recent workout data. (go to step 5)
- 4.Tap the data in the workout list that you wish to see.
The monthly/weekly distance displayed at the top of the screen shows your total monthly or weekly distance. The displayed period will automatically adjust as you scroll through the list.
