Heart rate zones

You can set 5 heart rate zones.
The default heart rate zones are set as per below.

Heart rate zones

  1. HR Zone 1: 30-100 bpm
  2. HR Zone 2: 101-130 bpm
  3. HR Zone 3: 131-160 bpm
  4. HR Zone 4: 161-190 bpm
  5. HR Zone 5: 191-240 bpm

You can customize your heart rate zones.
