Changing workout settings
From “Configure wrist devices” on My Devices, tap “Workout settings.”
Select the item you wish to edit.
(This will display editable items for your wrist device. To change an editable item, select “Edit” from the top right.)
Important
After changing your settings, return to this screen and tap “Write to wrist device.”
(If nothing has been changed, this option will not be displayed.)
Set items (excluding pool swim and triathlon)

Configure currently linked wrist devices
Auto lap
- 1.Select “Auto Lap.”
- 2.You can create auto lap settings from the “Auto Lap List.” (Up to 3)
- Set the name and distance/time.
- Programmable: allows you to configure lap distance and time for each interval.
- 3.Set auto lap on or off with the right-hand bar.
- 4.Configure your wrist device based on the auto lap settings configured in 2.
- 5.Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Auto pause
Used to automatically stop measuring when you physically stop, then resume measuring when you move again.
- 1.Set the right-hand bar on or off.
- 2.Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Training
- 1.Select “training”
- 2.Training
- 2-1 Settings: select from “target time,” “target distance,” “target heart rate,” “interval,” “race,” and “off.”
- 2-2 Target time: set your target workout time An alarm will go off after you reach your target (logging will continue)
Set your workout time between 0:10’ and 24:00’. (1 minute increments) - 2-3 Target distance: set your target workout distance. An alarm will play when you reach your target. (Logging will continue even after clearing the target)
Set the training distance between 0.1km and 100km. (in 0.1km increments) - 2-4 Target heart rate: set the heart rate zone for your workout If you go out of your target heart rate zone, the alarm will go off.
You can select from “warmup,” “fat burn,” “aerobic,” “anaerobic,” or “maximum strength.” - 2-5 Target pace: set your desired workout pace.
You can create up to 3 paces.
If you select “programmable,” you can change the pace for each interval. - 2-6 Interval: configure interval training.
You can create up to 3.
Enter a plan name (alphanumeric), sprint time, rest time, and number of repeats, then click “Save.”
2-7 Race: configure the pace for each segment of a race. If you go over the set range, an alarm will notify you.
- Add segments: tap the + symbol (5)
- Reducing segments: tap the segment to delete (a check mark will be shown) and tap “Delete” (6) from the bottom right.

Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Waypoints (*only available for running, walking, and biking)
When tracking begins after setting a waypoint, the app will display the direction to the waypoint and distance to reach it, as well as elevation.
From the “Waypoint List,” select a location from the map.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Heart rate
Toggle the workout heart rate monitor on or off.
Set the right-hand bar on or off.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Metronome
Plays a sound when measuring using the rhythm you selected.
The metronome can be turned on or off with the bar at the right.
Tempo: select from between 10 and 250bpm.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Saving a GPS route
Set the interval at which to log GPS data.
Detailed: logs every second. (This will allow you to obtain more accurate data.)
Standard: logs every 3 seconds. (Speeds up data transfer, but the route will be less accurate.)
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Alerts
You can set how and when to be notified when one of the alerts below occurs.
- When GPS positioning is complete and the measurement screen changes
- When beginning to track your workout
- When ending a lap with the Auto Lap function
- When the workout is suspended or restarted with the Auto Pause function
- When you reach the target distance or target time set in training
Alerts can be turned on or off with the bar at the right.
Alert sound: select tone, vibration, or tone+vibration.
Alert duration: set a time between 1 and 10 seconds.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Screen toggling
Configure when the measurement screen should automatically toggle.
Toggle method: select from wrist turn, periodic, and off.
Toggle time: if you selected “periodic” for the toggle method, here you can configure how frequently to toggle (in seconds). You can select between 3 and 10 seconds.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Tap functionality
Configure how the app responds when the screen is tapped while working out.
Toggle light on/off (or disable tapping).
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Screen refresh frequency
Set whether to update the monitored devices every second or only when the wrist is turned.
If you selected “wrist turn,” the screen will not be updated until you turn your wrist.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Configuring a pool swim
Configure currently linked wrist devices
Auto rest
This will automatically detect that you are at rest after you stop swimming and switch to measuring at-rest time.
You can turn this on or off from the right-hand bar.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Training
Here you can configure training time, distance, and other settings.
Settings: select from “target time,” “target distance,” “interval,” and “off.”
Target time: set your target workout time. An alarm will go off after you reach your target (logging will continue)

Sets the pool length.
You can set between 20-150 meters (20-150 yards) in 1 meter (1 yard) increments.

Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Stroke detection
You can allow “crawl,” “breast stroke,” “backstroke,” or “butterfly” to be automatically detected, or select one.
If you select one yourself, select “manual” and then set the stroke.
Tap the < on the top left to return to the selection screen.
Tap “Write to wrist device” on the bottom right.
Alerts
You can set how and when to be notified when one of the alerts below occurs.
- When beginning to track your workout
- When you reach the target distance or target time set in training
Alerts can be turned on or off with the bar at the right.
Alert sound: select tone, vibration, or tone+vibration.
Alert duration: set a time between 1 and 10 seconds.

You can configure the settings for each item on the “open water swimming,” “biking,” and “running” menus.
