Heart rate zones
You can set 5 heart rate zones.
The default heart rate zones are set as per below.
- HR Zone 1: 30-100 bpm
- HR Zone 2: 101-130 bpm
- HR Zone 3: 131-160 bpm
- HR Zone 4: 161-190 bpm
- HR Zone 5: 191-240 bpm
You can customize your heart rate zones.
