Goals
Create workout goals by entering the mileage and time period of your goal. Manage your progress in the Goals card.
Create new Goals
You can save up to 20 goals. If you want to add a new goal when you already have 20 saved, please delete or edit existing goals.
- 1.Tap the “History” button on the “Goals” card to display all your goals.
(If the “Goals” card is not displayed, add it to your dashboard.)
Add/Hide Dashboard Cards
- 2.Tap
at the upper right corner. Then, click on “Add New Goal” from the menu.
- 3.Fill in the title, workout type, target distance, start date, and end date. Then, click on “Save.”
Edit Goals
- 1.Tap the “History” button on the “Goals” card to display all your goals.
(If the “Goals” card is not displayed, add it to your dashboard.)
Add/Hide Dashboard Cards
- 2.Tap on the goal to edit.
- 3.Edit the field(s) you want to update and tap “Save.”
Dashboard (card)
The goal with the closest end date will be displayed.(*1)
Tap the “History” button on the “Goals” card to display all your goals.
- ① Days left until end date
- ② Accumulated distance since the start date/target distance
- ③ Target distance
- ④ Mileage
- ⑤ Today
- ⑥ Start Date
- ⑦ End Date
You can have up to 20 goals (including previous goals) in order of closest end date.
- ① The time period of this goal has ended.
- ② This indicates you are ahead of your goal
- ③ This indicates you are behind of your goal.
- ④ At the end of the period, those that achieved the goal.
- ⑤ At the end of the period, those that did not achieved the goal.
Delete Goals
- 1.Tap the “History” button on the “Goals” card to display all your goals.
(If the “Goals” card is not displayed, add it to your dashboard.)
Add/Hide Dashboard Cards
- 2.Tap on
at the upper right corner. Then, tap “Delete Goals” from the menu.
- 3.Check the box next to all of the goals you want to delete and click on “Delete”.
