Healthcare Device Linkage

Epson View（iOS version、Android version）offers the ability to link with operating system based healthcare applications (iOS: HealthKit, Android: GoogleFit).

What you can do

  • Automatically input fitness data recorded in your OS healthcare applications, such as changes in weight, to EpsonView.
  • Portions of data measured by listed devices can also be viewed in OS healthcare applications.

Directions for Use

  1. 1.Tap “Other” from toolbar.
  2. 2.Tap “Linked Applications” from “Other” screen.
  3. 3.If using iOS, switch “Healthcare Linkage“ to ON.
    If using Android, switch “GoogleFit linkage” to ON.

If you receive a message from Epson View asking for permission to access the healthcare application, select ‘accept’.
Epson View will only collect data it is authorized to access. Settings for permission granting can be changed within the OS healthcare application. For further details, confirm the instructions for your individual OS.

After establishing a link, some time may be required for initial data collection.

Please note

Data outputted by Epson View will be processed before being displayed in the OS healthcare application. For this reason, displayed data within the OS application may differ from that seen in Epson View.
