Monitoring your Body Condition

You can track changes to your body condition by entering your weight and body fat.
In addition you can also track changes to your VO2max.

Enter your weight and body fat

  1. 1.Tap the [Body Condition] icon at the bottom of the app screen.
  2. 2.Tap the [Input] icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. 3.Enter [Date], [Weight], and [Body Fat]. Tap [Done] at the top right of the screen.

VO2max
You can’t manually enter VO2max. It is automatically recorded if you are monitoring your heart rate.
