  • Please check the Bluetooth connection on your wrist device and smartphone, then try again manually.
  • If the error continues to occur each time, please try re-pairing the device.
    Remove pairing
  • If the error persists, please do the following.
    • – Restart your smartphone
    • – Reinstall the application

[Web communication error]

  • Unable to communicate with the website. Please make sure that your smartphone is connected to the network and try again.
  • If this does not resolve the problem, please do the following.
    • – Restart your smartphone
    • – Reinstall the application

[Non-communication-related error]

  • If the error persists, please do the following.
    • – Restart your smartphone
    • – Reinstall the application

  • Epson View is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later.

[Data limit reached]

  • The amount of workout data that may be recorded on the servers is roughly 10,000 entries per account.
  • Please delete unneeded workout data then try uploading again.
