Viewing your Workout Cards

1.Tap "Dashboard" at the bottom of the screen to review your workouts.
A card with your latest workout data will appear.
How to add/remove a workout card from your dashboard. - 2.Tap on the card for the type of workout you would like to view.

3.Tap the "History" button to view your workout history. (→To 4)
Tap the "Details" button to view details of your latest workout. (→To 5)

4.Select the workout that you would like to view in detail from your workout history.
The monthly/weekly distance at the top displays your total distance for the month/week. If you scroll to an earlier date in the list, the distance will adjust accordingly.

5.Viewing your Workout Details
Navigate the interactive workout detail page by scrolling and tapping various sections for custom views and further information on your workout.
For example tap on the data boxes to customize the graph view.
