VO2max
“VO2max” refers to the maximum quantity of oxygen that your body can process. VO2max can be an indicator of your fitness level and should increase with improved athletic performance.

Requirements for estimating your VO2max.
- Your watch must be able to measure VO2max. Not all watches include this feature.
- Your profile information must be set up correctly.
- VO2max is only measured in the Run Mode.
- Your watch must be connected to GPS and you must run with the watch for at least 10 minutes.
- You must enable heart rate measurement while running.
- Auto-pause must be set to “Off”.
- Your running pace must be 16 min/mile or faster.
- You must run at an elevated heart rate at moderate intesity. If your watch fails to record your VO2max you may need to increase your intensity.
